Because of Valentines, February is known as the month of love. What better symbol to represent love than a beautiful Celtic Heart Love Knot?

The next set of tutorials coming up for this month, were actually inspired by an art piece done by my 15 year old daughter Willow. Most of you already are familiar with the photos she contributes here at the blog. So you probably have already seen some of her artistic side.

Well wouldn’t you know, one of her Visual Arts projects from school, was recently accepted for display at the Surrey Museum Gallery. It was lovingly sculpted from polymer clay of course!

Willow’s assignment was to make a traditional artwork done in a modern way that represented her heritage. Being a fifth generation Canadian of European decent (Scottish, English, Irish, Swiss, French, Swedish, Prussian, German and possibly others), Willow did some research and found that a Love Spoon (which you will see in the tutorial video), was a perfect fit for her background and the project.

Here is what Willow wrote for her didactic that was posted alongside her artwork, in the gallery:

The Love Spoon is an old tradition practiced throughout Europe. My interpretation of the spoon incorporates many components of my family history and traditions. It was originally used as a gesture symbolizing the start of a relationship and the love between a man and a woman. It was used almost in the same way as an engagement ring is now used.

The man would spend hours carving a wooden spoon for the woman he aspired to marry and if she accepted it, they would start a relationship together. The more complicated and intricate the design was, the more love the man had for the woman. Each component on the spoon had a meaning that the woman would take into consideration when she accepted the spoon.

Many of the symbols you see, relate directly to my family history as the tradition of these spoons. The key and lock represent the promise of faithfulness and the security of having a man who will not leave your side. The bird shows that the two people are lovebirds and they want to go away together, but this particular bird is the design of a wood carving my great-grandfather carved for each one of his fifty grandchildren.

The flower resting on the back of the bird is a symbol for affection but is also the Dogwood flower, which is the provincial flower of British Columbia, the province of which I was born. The twisted stem in my Love Spoon is a Celtic knot which represents the eternal love or togetherness of the two lovers.

The meaning of the wagon wheel is to steer a safe course throughout their life together and the anchor expresses the man’s desire to settle down. I thought the placing of the wheel and anchor was appropriate because my early ancestors were trailblazers as well as fishermen. The seashell and the fish emphasize my family’s background of fishing and love of being out at sea. Lastly, the spoon speaks of providing while the embedded heart says, “I Love You”.

~Willow Lietz

Although me teaching you all how to make a Love Spoon would be interesting and fun, it would be far too detailed and time consuming for me to pull off in the time we have available. Plus it is not in the bead and jewelry making category. None the less, I think it makes a wonderful jumping off point for some Celtic Knot and Faux Wood inspired tutorials.

So… for this upcoming Volume-045 at the Polymer Clay Tutor Library, I have decided to do a series of tutorials that will not only work as individual projects, but can also be combined into more complicated pieces as well:

Vol-045-1, Feb 03: How to make a Celtic Heart Love Knot Pendant;

Vol-045-2, Feb 10: How to make a faux wood cane;

Vol-045-3, Feb 17: Applying cane veneers to baked piece;

Vol-045-4, Feb 24: Making a faux wood Celtic knot pendant.

In addition, I thought you would also enjoy seeing a couple of other Celtic Knot and Love Spoon videos I found on You-Tube.

***********************************************************************************************

Please Note: A general prerequisite for all of my weekly tutorials is that you have a good understanding of the polymer clay basics, including: conditioning clay, using a pasta machine, clay blade and other simple tools, making Skinner Blends or Teardrop Blends, baking clay, as well as sanding and finishing. If you need help in these areas, my Polymer Clay Beginners Course will get you up to speed quickly. There is also plenty of free information on this blog. Use the search box at the top of the page to find articles on specific topics.

Supplies & Tools: Video-045-1 Celtic Hearts:

By the way, if you did not already know, those “shopping” links I provided above for the various tools and supplies, are “affiliate” links. That means companies like Amazon pay me a small commission if you click on the links and end up making a purchase at their site. It’s not a lot, but every bit helps in keeping the cost of my tutorials so low… at only $3.32 per month ;-)

Since I joined you, I have never looked back, I have learned so much and looking forward to the new year… that’s if I have room in my old brain to store all you have taught me. Love to you and yours from the UK. ~Ritzs

I have been following Cindy Lietz’ blog for a long time now. She is WONDERFUL and her site is so full of fabulous teachings about polymer clay. I can not say enough about all that I have learned from Cindy, My Polymer Clay Tutor, and her tutorial videos. The knowledge Cindy imparts on all of us there is priceless. I would suggest that anyone who is at all interested in working with polymer clay, jewelry making, or in finding fellowship with like minded people, become part of the community, sign up for her courses, and all that Cindy has to offer. Both experienced clayers, and beginners can benefit greatly from her. I am just one of many who has learned so much from Cindy. Her videos are the best. The videos are high quality in all ways (content, picture, and sound). Cindy is such a precise and considerate teacher. She anticipates all of the questions that one might ask, and she answers them, and shows great examples as she answers them, with fun and easy to follow videos. Don’t waste any more time… check her out, and you will be so happy you did… I certainly am!!! A Loyal Follower. ~Cindy-E

You won’t find better – or less expensive – videos anywhere. Cindy’s videos are Class AAA. Her husband, Doug, does the filming.
Well another month has gone by and the Volume-044 Back Issue Videos have now been added to the Polymer Clay Library. If you missed your chance to see these tutorials as they were released each Friday during the month of January, now is your chance to add them to your collection as a convenient bundled package.

Today’s photo shows thumbnail images for the 4 videos included in this Vol-044 Package:

Video-044-1 Liver of Sulfur: You have seen gorgeous antique finishes on Silver, Copper and Bronze jewelry pieces out there… and now you can learn how to get that awesome look for your own creations… quickly and easily using Liver of Sulfur. Although simple to use, there are some tips and precautions to follow, when using any Liver of Sulfur product. You should also choose the best form of the LOS suited for your purposes. This video shows everything you need to know.

Video-044-2 Dogwood Flower Pendants: When you see these dogwood flower pendants in person, you will have a hard time believing they aren’t real! Gorgeously realistic yet simple to make, since these flowers are actually made using a mold. You are going to love the neat tricks I teach you in this tutorial that make these natural beauties come to life!

Video-044-3 Frosted Rainbow Beads:It could be because I was a child of the 60′s, but I definitely have a softness in my heart for rainbows. So it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise that I like to also make rainbow colored polymer clay beads. You will too when you see how easy they are to make! So pretty too. You are going to love the neat way the colors are blended and the tricks you will learn, that gives them that frosty look. The technique can be used to make the frilled flower discs I show… or any other bead shape that you desire. It can also be used to mimic sea glass for some beach theme jewelry projects. How ever you decide to use this tutorial, you’re going to treasure the look of these beads!

Video-044-4 Mirror Image Heart: This heart bead tutorial combines two different polymer clay techniques… Mirror Image Beads (aka Natasha Beads); and the Split Heart Bead Shape. The technique is simple but the results are fabulous. And each piece is guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind with a new picture revealed in every bead. It is the perfect solution for using up your scrap clay too!

With Valentines just around the corner, it is time for another Heart Bead Tutorial. I’ve already posted a couple of different video tutorials on how to make heart shaped beads in previous Back Issue Volumes at the PcT Members Libary. And there’s also several relevant blog articles you can look up by using apprpriate keywords in the search box (i.e. hearts, heart beads, valentines, etc.).

This week’s heart bead tutorial combines two different polymer clay techniques… Mirror Image Beads (aka Natasha Beads); and the Split Heart Bead Shape.

I made some really cool Natasha beads with scraps. Since they’re like the Rorschach Inkblots on four sides, it’s fun to show them to people and see what “pictures” they see. ~Tanya-L

I love the Natasha Beads too – I can’t wait to “reveal” what is inside… like a present! ~Michele-N

For Valentine’s Day, my husband decided to take me shopping (early) for all the polymer clay supplies my little heart desired. ~Bonnie-B

So… without further ado, coming up tomorrow (Friday, Jan 27, 2012) in the Vol-044-4 members video at the Polymer Clay Tutor Library, I will demonstrate how to make unique heart bead shape that not only is cool looking, but different every single time. So every bead you make in this style is a one-of-a-kind!

Customer Feedback About Membership Value:

Hello, I have been a member on Cindy’s site since September of 2008, and I love it! First of all, Cindy Lietz is a real sweetheart. She really appreciates all her members and even those who just stop by for a visit. She has created a vast library of information and adds to it every week. A great deal of her instruction and information is Free, no cost. Her videos are well done: she shows you close-up angles, details, and tapes at a speed that is easy to follow. But my goodness, for $3.32 per month, how can you go wrong! I feel very fortunate to have discovered her site. I have found nothing else online to compare with what she offers. Also her blog has great commentary from Cindy and other Poly artists. Polymer clay lovers… I highly recommend this wonderful site! ~Debbie-M

Hiya Cindy, Your tutorials are the best Cindy, and with your tute’s I have so little scrap clay and I always am able to find a use for the scraps. And I’m very glad your tute’s are so affordable. I learn so much from you. And thanks to Doug too – his video’s and photography are fantastic! Thank you both for all you do for us, your students!!! One of your many grateful students. ~Lisa-W

Cindy – Thank you so very much for your beautiful rose tutorial. I can use it on my valentine cards. I just want to thank you for all the tutorials you have given us in the past and all the ones you will be giving to us in the future because I know I will love them all. The two of you put everything you have into your tutorials. With all the sadness going on in the world and money worries, I can come here and forget about the sadness if just for awhile and no money worries because the cost well you have taken care of that also buy charging next to nothing (a little over 3 dollars a month). So again thank you for all you have given, give and will continue to give. The Lietz team is by far the best pc tutor club in the world!!! I might fight my illnesses a lot of the time and not found a cure yet. But by far Cindy and Doug Lietz the polymer clay tutor is the best medicine and least costing one I have found by far. It heals what ails you. Many uuuuuugggggggs to all, love. ~Peggy-B

One of the advantages to not having time this last Fall to do much garden clean up, is that now that Winter has arrived, there is a little texture and interest left behind in the spent flowers and seed heads.

Such is definitely the case with this skeletonized (well almost) Hydrangea Blossom, that Willow shot in our Winter garden.

There is just something about this photo that brings a calm to my soul. The soft muted colors. The grayish light in the background and the lacelike veining in pale browns on a creamy base.

These are the kinds of colors that not only look lovely and dreamlike on their own, but are also wonderful neutrals that would happily support any vibrant color that chose to be in their presence. Much like a gorgeous linen suit or a cozy pair of Uggs.

It is for all these reasons, I chose this fading hydrangea blossom as inspiration for our next B-Series Recipe Palette.

Everyone who is subscribed to my Polymer Clay Guest List will be able to download the recipes free, one per week on Friday mornings during the month of Feb 2012.

Dream (Recipe 045-1B)

Fog (Recipe 045-2B)

Tawny (Recipe 045-3B)

Fawn (Recipe 045-4B)

Dream is the softest dreamiest blue gray found in the background light of this Winter garden photo. Fog is a slightly darker misty gray found in the lightest areas on the spent Hydrangea blossom. Tawny is the warm brown gray of the fine lacelike veining in the flower petals. And Fawn is the richer gray brown found along the edges and towards the center of the bloom.

The recipes described above are from the Volume-045 B-Series Palette. They are free to download for everyone subscribed to my Polymer Clay Guest List, Friday Email Newsletter.

I love how you interact with nature, Cindy. It is an inspiration when you share how you come by your palettes. Looking forward to seeing what this artistic community will do with it as well as what you will show us sometime soon. Not able to clay much lately but just dropping by to read the blog and see the videos as well as to enjoy the accomplishments of others lightens my days.

That means companies like Amazon pay me a small commission if you click on the links and end up making a purchase at their site. It’s not a lot, but every bit helps in keeping the cost of my tutorials so low… at only $3.32 per month ;-)

I have yet to see a tuturial that doesn’t interest and inform me in some way or another! Thank you so much for being you. ~Susan-B

Hi Cindy, I read all the messages you send and I’m sure you get tired of hearing this over and over, but I can’t express how much I like getting my e-mail saying that another one of your videos is ready for viewing. I received the one about making the clasps, and I thought “no-no-no I want you to teach me polymer clay, not metal work”… but as usual, I watched it and it contained extra information I had not thought of and hadn’t learned in the class I took. I thought the same about the texture video… “I don’t use those and don’t like them” but after watching, I got all these other ideas that I could do. I checked out the Tim Holtz site mentioned somewhere in your site and got new ideas about stenciling and inks! Thanks so much for making these tutorials… they are definitely worth the money! ~Kim-E

Cindy – Honestly, I would be willing to pay a lot more for my membership! You have so many innovative, creative, and time saving tips that are such a great help! Most of my best selling jewelry has been, in one way or another, inspired by at least one of your videos! ~Carrie-W

The following topics are included in this week’s Polymer Clay Tutor Library, Frosted Rainbow Flower Beads video tutorial:

See examples of beads, a bracelet and two necklaces using Frosted Rainbow Beads.

Find out how simple it is to create these frosty, translucent beads in a rainbow blend of colors.

Learn a super easy and fast way to get a rainbow blend using alcohol inks.

Plus, with some creativity and ingenuity, there are many ways to come up with other unique designs of your own.

In an always changing climate that has four distinct seasons such as ours here on the West Coast of Canada, it is somewhat of a comfort when some of the foliage in the garden looks the same no matter what time of the year it is.

Such is the case with this Ivy Plant we having growing in an antique Orange Wheelbarrow in our back yard. If it weren’t for the angle and shade of the Winter light hitting the ivy leaf in the photo, this picture could have been taken in any one of the seasons, since the variety of ivy of the slow growing evergreen type.

The photo is another one from Willow, when she ventured out on a dismal gray winter day, in search of color and inspiration. It was the same day she shot the close-ups I used for the Cedar Cone Palette and the Viburnum Pod Palette posted last month.

Of course the vibrant hit of color from the rusty Orange Wheelbarrow did add a splash of life to the Greens of the Ivy Plant but it is truly amazing just how many shades and hues are present in this single leaf spilling over the edge of the planter. I could not resist using this photo for next months upcoming color recipe palette.

The following recipes for this Vol-045 A-series color palette will be added to the Polymer Clay Members Library in February 2012:

Orange Wheelbarrow (Recipe 045-1A)

Tendril (Recipe 045-2A)

Ivy Leaf (Recipe 045-3A)

Spade (Recipe 045-4A)

Orange Wheelbarrow is the faded and sun bleached Orange of the rusted and painted antique wheelbarrow used as a planter in our back yard. Tendril is the soft almost pastel green of the curling tendrils and the light colored veins on this Ivy Leaf. Ivy Leaf is the darker, most dominant green of this evergreen foliage. And Spade is the soft steel grey found in the darkest areas on the leaf and also found on the well used and well loved shovel used to tend this aging garden planter.

I look forward to your colour recipes as much as the videos, Cindy. I try to train my unruly colour sense by guessing what you have mixed to get a particular shade or tint. ~Monique-U

I have often looked at the “natural palette” of the Rocky Mountains where I live – azure sky, forest greens and deep clay reds – and thought that the combination was inspiring…but I didn’t let it inspire ME to actually reflect these hues in a piece of art. I am very new to polymer clay, but mixing colors and learning to select meaningful palettes for my bead projects are first and second on my list. I hope to keep an open mind to unexpected color combinations, but also to look to nature for some “tried and true” ideas. Thanks! ~Sue-P

Awesome colors as always. I love that you always share a story with your color palette. Makes me feel like I am right there with you naming these wonderful new shades. Thank you both for everything you do for all of us. ~Peggy-B

Well it looks like I have a new favorite polymer clay project. It is these Dogwood Flower Pendants… I think because they look so realistic, and stunning to wear. And they are so easy to make as well!

Last month when I demonstrated how to make the Poinsettia Flowers, I did promise to do more tutes using the Wilton Gum Paste Flower Cutters and Impression Set. These wonderful tools were actually made for cake decorating, but I just love how well they work with polymer clay.

Once you have an awesome cutter collection like this, you’re going to want to learn how to use the whole set. In fact, as you can see from Monique’s comment above, and another one from Angela below, there are even a few members who have converted over to the flowery side, LOL.

Possibly I’m in the minority but I’m not really into making flowers (unless it’s a cane). Or, rather, I WASN’T into making flowers. Now, after seeing the Poinsettia tutorial I can tell I’m going to be making a lot of them this next year. Thank you so much for this tute. ~Angela-M

I was at Michael’s at 8 AM this morning with my 50% off coupon clutched in my hot little hand and got the only one they had my store for $20. They had a few impression kits so returned later with another 50% coupon and got one of those for $12. The book that comes with the Flower Cutter Set is filled with so many great ideas that I am sure we will pursue later. Thanks for this tut Cindy as now I will have a few hostess gifts such as napkin rings, ornaments or brooches / pendants, making this a worthwhile investment. ~Lawerence-S

Got my Wilton cutters and the ideas look great. I do need the Cindy twist to make them come to life though. Can’t wait for more of these flower tutes to appear. ~Pollyanna

So… without further ado, coming up tomorrow (Friday, January 13 2012) in the Vol-044-2 members video at the Polymer Clay Tutor Library, I will be…

It’s not a lot, but every bit helps in keeping the cost of my tutorials so low… at only $3.32 per month ;-)

Thanks for always being here when I need my fix. Looking forward to another year of fun and exciting videos. Keep ‘em coming please. Just put in for another year. Well worth it. I have made the money back ten times over selling the items I make that I learned from Cindy at craft shows . Did not hesitate to sign up for another year. Good job guys!!!! Yeah Cindy and Doug! So thankful for you both! Have a happy klay day! ~Sherry-W

Volume 20 holds fond memories for me… my first videos as a member! Now, over a year later: I’m still a member and SO happy I joined!) ~Phaedrakat

Cindy I love your online videos and look forward to them every week. There is no way that I wouldn’t renew my membership. Look forward to future postings and new ideas. Apart from more caning advice which will be covered in upcoming courses, (that I would definitely buy) I would love to learn how to make more flowers in the future. I love the flower jewellery of the 40′s and 50′s, especially the vintage Japan and West Germany beads and necklaces. I think if you know basic technique then you can experiment and perfect a certain style. I am definitely learning techniques from you and am successful at the new things that I am learning. That is a testament to a very good teacher. So thanks again – all the best. ~Cara-L

The following topics are included in this week’s Polymer Clay Tutor Library, Dogwood Flower Pendants video tutorial:

See examples of pendants done in two different dogwood flower color combinations.

Find out how simple it is to create these realistic looking flower pendants, by just following along to the step by step instructional video.

Learn the reasons why you may just want to look in the baking aisle next time you’re looking for polymer clay tools and supplies.

Plus, with some creativity and ingenuity, there are many ways to come up with other unique designs of your own.

Now that the holidays are over and there is no chance of spoiling the surprise for my Mom, I thought you may enjoy seeing the Christmas gift I made for her last month.

Of course since it was a gift, I won’t be listing it for sale. And I also forgot to take the exact measurements before wrapping it up. Actually, in all the haste of the season, it was lucky that I even got the project done in time for Willow to snap a few pics for you guys.

Now in regards to this topic of me showing my finished jewelry pieces, I would like to quickly respond to a question that just came in the other day…

One thing I haven’t seen from you, or you may have shown it and I missed it, is where to see your jewelry. Do you have your pieces on ETSY or ARTFIRE? I would love to see your store setup and have some hints on pricing. ~Linda-P

So to answer your question Linda… at this time, the only place where I show my finished jewelry items, is in these monthly Gallery Posts here at my blog. Usually I price each piece and list them for sale, but as I said above, today’s post is an exception from norm.

In each new Gallery post, there is a link back to the previous one. These back links allow you to easily see any that you may have missed. Here is a link to last month’s showing: Pink Poinsettia Earrings

For lots of ideas and info about how to sell your jewelry items, what you can do is use appropriate keywords in the search box at the top of this page. A few good keyword examples to start with are:

selling

jewelry sales

craft fairs

niche markets

etsy

Here at this blog web site, there are currently 1055 articles and over 28,222 comments in the archives. In other words, there’s lots and lots of valuable information just waiting to be discovered, for anyone who is will to do a bit of digging and research

Approximate length of necklace collar is 19″ (40cm) with the pendant being approximately 3″ (7.5cm) long and 2″ (5cm) wide. That is only a guess since the piece has now been gifted to my Mom, and I didn’t have it here to get exact measurements.

Gemstone and Polymer Aurora Borealis Pendant Necklace: This doubled stranded necklace is collar length and has a warm comfortable feel as it lays on your neck. The strands were strung using real gemstone beads and chips in Obsidian, Garnet, Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Red Jasper and Green Aventurine which complement the rich colors of the polymer pendant.

The triangular almost shield shaped pendant has a similar look and feel to it, as the Inuksuk (pronounced i-nook-shook) sculptural stone forms of the Inuit people of our Canadian North (formally referred to as Eskimo’s).

I thought the shape was especially appropriate given that the rainbow colored polymer clay beads in the pendant, were created using my Aurora Technique. The Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) is a naturally occurring phenomenon most often seen in the crisp cold night skies of Northern communities.

The multi-pieced polymer pendant was wire wrapped using Sterling Silver, oxidized with Liver of Sulfur to compliment the antique finish of the Silver Plated Swarovski Crystal Magnetic Clasp… and the Antique Silver Plated spacer bars that keep the two strands separated and laying nicely.

My Mom loved the necklace and wore it at our Christmas dinner. She loved the warmth of the gemstones and the way the pendant laid on her neckline. With the many earth tone colors and the very comfortable length of this piece, I am sure she will be able to wear it with many different outfits.

As a side note, although this necklace is quite simple in design, I did find that it was time consuming to put together. Working with gemstone chips of random sizes; and the two different strands lying side by side; as well as the weight of the pendant; meant that I had to string and re-string (and re-string) the piece many times before I got it to lay nicely on the neck.

I did enjoy the challenge though, and the time spent was well worth the effort it took to make. Just thought I would share that with you, if you were considering making pieces like this for sale. The price you would need to charge for your labor, should be considered if you plan to make any money on your work!

Open Mic: Please feel free to use the comment section below as a forum for discussing whatever is on your mind. Ask questions… post tutorial requests… share stories about your latest creations… or just say HI! This is your community! The more you put in, the more it gives back.

Although I don’t usually start out a new Volume Series with a tutorial that is not specifically about polymer clay, today’s lesson does tie in nicely with the last video from Vol-043-4: Fancy Rose Earwires. For the sample jewelry pieces in that tute, I used Liver of Sulfur to create an old-fashioned Patina finish on the metal earring wires.

Plus… I’ve received some recent requests asking for more information about how to use Liver of Sulfur for tarnishing metal in various types of jewelry making projects.

This may not be a question you are used to… but I want to use liver of sulfur for my chains and I have no clue what the best is to buy. I did find one for $10 dollars, and I would not use much of it. Can you answer this one? Hugs. ~Susan-P

There are a few ways to give metals such as copper, brass, bronze and silver an antique patina. One way, is to use Liver of Sulfur which is a naturally formed chemical that gives deep rich shades of patina ranging from golden yellow, red, bronze and gunmetal gray through a process of oxidation.

It is an easy and quick way to darken and give depth to wire and metal findings; to accentuate texture; or to give the piece a vintage feel. After antiquing a metal item, it can then be polished to bring back the original shine on the high spots, while leaving a beautiful patina in the crevices. This creates contrast and interest with stunning effects.

A liver of Sulfur treatment on the intricate wire work of the Fancy Rose Earwires, helps to accentuate the details of the rose petals and make them more visible.

Even though Liver of Sulfur is quite simple to use, there are definitely some tips, tricks and safety issues to learn, before using this chemical patination process. That’s what I’ll be discussing tomorrow (Friday, January 6, 2012) in the Vol-044-1 members video at the Polymer Clay Tutor Library.

Supplies & Tools: Video-044-1 Liver of Sulfur:

Fancy Rose Earwires or any other Copper Alloy Metal findings, such as Copper, Brass, Bronze, Sterling Silver, Silver Plate or Silver Filled pieces. These should be non-ferrous metals (not containing Iron, so no Steel), as combining Iron with Liver of Sulfur can cause toxic gasses. Metals that do not contain any Copper, such as Aluminum or Fine Silver will not tarnish from Liver of Sulfur.

Liver of Sulphur. I prefer the XL Gel (Extended Life Liver of Sulfur Patina Oxidation Gel ) formula over either of the dry Rock type or the Liquid Sulphur. See video for reasons why. As a slower and less effective but cheaper alternative to using Liver of Sulphur, you can patina your pieces by placing them inside a plastic Ziploc bag along with a chopped hard boiled egg (shell and all). The sulfur contained in the egg will darken the metal.

I can correct all the little mistakes that were causing me so much trouble. Just watched two of the videos and I have made some corrections in my beading technique. Well worth the cost… don’t know why I waited so long. I guess since I got paid for a dozen snowmen I felt that I could put them money to good use. Cindy’s videos make working with polymer clay a lot more fun and productive. ~Natalie-H
